Due to the nature of SEO , specific results such as search rankings, traffic levels, or conversions cannot be guaranteed, and lack of specific results does not qualify for a refund.

Before Completion
If you wish to cancel the service before work is completed, please notify us in writing. We will process the cancellation and you will only be charged for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
After Completion
Once the project or service has been completed and delivered according to the agreed terms, cancellation is not possible and the payment becomes non-refundable.
