All services are provided based on project agreements or service plans agreed upon with the client.

If you are using the services on behalf of a company or legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

By submitting such content, you grant Dopley Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services. 

Deliverables 

Upon full payment, the client will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SEO deliverables, reports, strategies, and recommendations provided by Dopley Limited. 

 

  1. SEO Performance Disclaimer

Search engine optimization is influenced by many external factors including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and market conditions. 

Therefore, Dopley Limited does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business results from SEO services. 

We commit to using industry best practices to improve search visibility and website performance. 

 

  1. Limitations ofLiability

Service Availability 

We strive to provide reliable services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services. 

Limitation on Damages 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopley Limited’s liability for any damages related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 

 

  1. Confidentiality

Dopley Limited respects the confidentiality of all client information. 

Any business, technical, or personal information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless: 

  • Required by law 
  • Necessary to deliver services 
  • Authorized by the client 

 

  1. Terminationof Services 

By the Client 

Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Any work completed prior to termination will remain payable. 

By Dopley Limited 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if: 

  • These Terms and Conditions are violated 
  • Payments are not received 
  • The client engages in unlawful or unethical activities 

 

  1. DisputeResolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration, rather than court proceedings. 

Arbitration will take place in:

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
